Experience – Over 2 Decades
Beth earned her California law license in 1999 and began practicing in the area of medical malpractice defense. After taking the California Bar Exam, Beth was invited to serve as a grader and served as a grader for twenty years. A San Mateo County native, Beth has been extensively involved with the community’s volunteering with many organizations, providing pro bone legal services, acting as an advocate for public schools, a mentor for young women, a volunteer archery instructor, and A Girl Scout Leader. She received her LLM in Estates, Trust and Probate Law with honors and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Beth previously served San Mateo County as its Probate Attorney and continues to serve San Mateo County on its Independent Counsel Panel. Beth is frequently called upon to use her expertise to solve special problems that arise in conservatorships, trusts, and estate matters.
Activities
Beth spends her free time with her husband and two children. She is an avid skier and loves gardening, movies, and travel.
Interests
She serves as an independent counsel for the probate division of San Mateo County. Is active as a Bar grader and is an advocate for women’s rights.
